This is a personal meal plan tailored to the athlete and based on their goals, sports, age, height, weight, Body fat, exercise, practice, training & activity.
To get Started:
1.) Each athlete has a 1 on 1 consultation with their Nutrition Coach to discuss goals and take measurements
2.) Coach then develops calorie & macro-nutrient plan
3.) Meal Plan, Food Lists and Meal timing schedule are created and delivered.
