This is a personalized program tailored to the athlete and based on their goals, sports, age and experience.
To get Started:
1.) Each athlete has a 1 on 1 consultation with their Coach to discuss goals and complete a movement assessment.
2.) Coach then develop a training program based on the athlete specifically.
3.) Length of the program is 4-6 weeks.
*Longer training programs for more advance training programs can be created on a case by case basis.
