The objective is the greatest PERCENTAGE body fat loss. How can I make it happen? Well if I have extra body fat to lose, this is easier. If I am already lean, I can put on more muscle mass and lose body fat. While there are a variety of ways to do it, the metric is the percentage of body fat lost, not body weight. Meet with your coach, ask them for a body caliper or handheld body fat test. From there, you and your coach can discuss how you will go about your game plan!
